Given the improved global economic situation, both China VC and PE fund raising amounts have increased in Q1. However we can also see that although China VC/PE market has stepped out from recession, it has not fully recovered.
Going into 2010, RMB funds have remained its 2009’s prosperity. As domestic IPO becomes more attractive, RMB investment also had a big increase. However, RMB funds need to be more regulated to avoid potential fund raising frauds.
